Coreopsis verticillata ‘Moonbeam’ (Tickseed) is vigorous hybrid Tickseed descended from native Thread Leaf Coreopsis. At just 12 to 18 inches with lovely lemon-yellow blooms, this is one of the most popular Coreopsis varieties. Moonbeam Tickseed is long-blooming and is in flower from early to late summer. This plant likes regular moisture and well-drained soil.
