Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same gardener-centric philosophy that guides our selection of Bee Friendly Plants and Deer Resistant varieties—flexible, supportive, and focused on helping your garden dreams flourish.

1. The Heart of Our Policy: Your Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our Flower Bulbs, Easy-to-Grow Perennials, and Desert Landscaping Plants. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

2. A Step-by-Step Guide to Returns & Exchanges

Follow this simple process, cultivated for your convenience:

  • Step 1: Initiate Your Request
    Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our Gardener Care Team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization
    We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return.
  • Step 3: Package & Ship
    Please securely package the item(s) in their original or similar packaging to prevent damage in transit. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship your return to:

  • Step 4: Processing & Completion
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification upon completion.

4. Refunds: Returning Resources to Your Garden

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

5. Items We Cannot Accept for Return

In our commitment to providing the freshest, most viable plants and bulbs—like our Crocus Flower Bulbs and Daffodil Flower Bulbs that are destined to become perennial joys—we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Perishable Living Material: Any plant, bulb, or seed that has been planted, shows signs of active growth, or is no longer in a resalable condition due to the passage of time or improper storage after delivery. This is to protect the health of our entire gardening community.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or Custom Collections: Such as bespoke Fall-Planted Bulb Collections assembled per your specific request.

Gardener’s Note: If your plants or bulbs arrive damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Your success is our success.

6. Exchanges: Cultivating the Right Fit

Looking to swap your Full Sun Plants for some shade-loving varieties? We happily offer exchanges for items of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference. Please follow the standard return process and indicate your desired exchange item in your request.
