Part 1: Shipping Your Garden-to-Be

We strive to get your gardening projects started promptly and efficiently.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods, Time & Costs

We ship globally (excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia). Please review the options below:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: A flat fee of $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Eligibility: Automatically applied to all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or seasonal carrier delays.

Part 2: Returns & Exchanges – Cultivating Your Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our Flower Bulbs, Easy-to-Grow Perennials, and all our plants. If something isn’t right, here’s our simple process.

The Heart of Our Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Gardener Care Team at [email protected] with your order number and item details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packaging/shipping instructions.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) in original or similar packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the box. Ship to:

  4. Processing & Completion: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Gardener’s Tip: For a swift resolution, use this email template:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Body: Include your order number, date, items for return/exchange (e.g., 1 packet of Allium Flower Bulbs), and the reason. Confirm the items are within the 15-day window.

Refunds: Returning Resources to Your Garden

  • Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Your bank may take additional time to post it.
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

To protect the health and viability of our living products for all gardeners, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable Living Material: Any plant, bulb (including Crocus Flower Bulbs, Daffodil Flower Bulbs), or seed that has been planted, shows active growth, or is no longer in resalable condition due to time or improper storage after delivery.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.
  • Personalized Collections: Custom assemblies like bespoke Fall-Planted Bulb Collections.
Important Exception – Damaged/DOA Items: If plants or bulbs arrive damaged or Dead on Arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges: Cultivating the Right Fit

Want to swap Full Sun Plants for shade varieties? We happily exchange for items of equal value. Price differences will be charged or refunded. Simply indicate your desired exchange item when initiating your return request.
